As a company we have recently decided that we should have an IT expert at hand to assist us if anything goes wrong with our computer and IT systems. So why did we come to such a decision you may be asking? Well I will not bore you with all of the details but let’s just say that we had a few experiences which would have been far easier to deal with had we had such an expert to call upon. Trying to arrange an IT support company to come and see you when you are in the middle of a crisis is firstly not that easy and is secondly the last thing you want to think about at that time. To have this form of specialist already signed up would just make things that much easier plus it is a peace of mind thing – similar I suppose to any form of insurance.
When choosing upon the IT Outsourcing London company we were looking for a number of characteristics. To start with is their experience and knowledge – to this end we were looking for a company or person who had a wealth of experience and a large amount of knowledge.
We were also looking for a supplier who was also able to provide us with a good customer experience – for example we would hope that they could assist us at the drop of a hat if something did go wrong with our computers. They would also need to be personable to all of our members of staff; quite relaxed but also quite confident. To this end they would need to have excellent communication skills to be able to explain what exactly has gone wrong and also why it might have gone wrong.
Then there is the all important fees to consider. I have to admit that I was quite taken aback at the different prices some of the companies from this field charge – we were looking for a fair price, of course.
These were our criteria and are what we, as a small business, believe are the characteristics of a good IT support London company. I am happy to report that we have now located and signed up such a service and thus far the arrangement is going very well.
